Location: St. Johns & Duval County Florida, based from our warehouse in St. Augustine

Type: Full-Time or Part Time

Pay: $50k-$80k per year or $24-$38 per hour Based on Experience

Job Overview:
As an experienced Wallpaper Hanger with Marisa Lynn Studios, you will play a crucial role in our projects, applying wallpaper and wall coverings with precision and care. This role demands a high level of skill, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful, lasting work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in wallpaper installation, the ability to solve problems creatively, and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and fabric coverings to walls and ceilings.

• Prepare surfaces by filling holes, sanding, and applying primer as needed.

• Match patterns, trim excess material, and ensure a seamless look.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the cleanup and disposal of materials.

• Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation and provide effective solutions.

• Stay up to date with new techniques and materials in the industry.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and within the allocated timeframe.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Wallpaper Hanger.

• Comprehensive knowledge of various wallpaper materials and application techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, capable of consulting with clients and team members effectively.

• Physical ability to stand, climb, and lift materials up to 50 lbs.

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
